New training available in response to the East Midlands Attendance Management Summit

In response to our 2008 Attendance Management Summit we are launching the following training.

Mock Tribunal

The mock tribunal is a highly interactive day for all participants to help understand the importance of their actions in the early stages of leading and managing employees, specifically focused on absence management and dismissal.

All participants will develop a greater understanding of the implications of their actions as they are taken through an employment absence-managed case; from start to finish.  Delegates will explore interpersonal barriers and grapple with a raft of contentious issues as the tribunal unfolds, problem-solving and attention to detail will be essential skills whilst being exposed and scrutinised by Strategic HR, Employment legal experts and work place Psychotherapists specialising in Person Centred psychology.

You will be invited to explore the legal, interpersonal and strategic aspects of the reality of where your organisation could be if absence is managed incorrectly. It will also provide an insight into how employee relations are tested, how productivity is affected and the costs to you of getting it wrong.

Cost £250 per delegate + Vat
